Landmark completed the replacement of the Downtown Wharf Marina for the City of Salmon Arm, upgrading the facility with a new Landmark Dock System. The project included detailed design and final engineering of new dock components, careful deconstruction and disposal of the existing dock infrastructure, and fabrication and installation of the new dock system. Existing piles and supporting infrastructure were reused wherever possible to maintain structural continuity and maximize value. The redesigned marina ensured a smooth transition between the remaining waterfront assets and the new installation. All in-water work was performed in coordination with a Qualified Environmental Professional.
