With decades of combined marine construction experience, we specialize in engineered steel dock systems, pile installation, piers, gangways, launch ramps, wave attenuators, breakwaters, and comprehensive shoreline protection and construction solutions. ROB UDY

President, Chief Executive Officer

Rob is president, CEO and founding member of Landmark and provides strategic direction across all our divisions. For more than 30 years, Rob has provided consulting services in environmental, forestry, construction and marine fields. His practical approach and his thorough understanding of natural systems and construction methods make him an ideal leader and an indispensable member of the leadership team.

MIKE LEWIS

Operations Manager, Marine/Fabrication

Mike Lewis is the Operations Manager for Landmark Solutions’ Marine and Fabrication Division, bringing a lifelong love for fishing and time on the water together with more than 25 years of marine experience along the British Columbia coast. Holding a 60 Tonne Master Limited certification, he has built his career through hands-on work in commercial and remote marine environments, gaining a deep understanding of vessel operations, safety, logistics, and crew leadership. This practical, experience-driven approach helps ensure Landmark’s Marine Division operates safely, efficiently, and with strong leadership on every project.

LORNE McNEILLY

Manager, Contracts/Estimating/Special Projects

Lorne is a Senior Manager at Landmark Solutions. With more than 35 years of experience across construction, industrial operations, and project delivery, Lorne plays a central role in supporting Landmark’s Marine Division with contract oversight, pricing, special projects, and day-to-day management support. He is actively involved in project planning, client meetings, and strategic decision-making, working closely with Landmark’s ownership and operations leadership to ensure marine projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with Landmark’s safety, quality, and performance standards. Known for his practical approach and broad operational expertise, Lorne provides trusted leadership across a wide range of marine initiatives and project requirements.

GLEN MacPHERSON

Business Development Manager

Glen and his sidekick “Logan” are the Business Development leads for Landmark’s Marine Division, bringing strategic vision and client advocacy to every waterfront project. With a deep understanding of marina construction, dock systems, and waterfront infrastructure, Glen partners with homeowners, developers, strata managers, and commercial operators to connect them with engineered solutions that deliver long-term performance and value. He blends industry insight with practical problem-solving to guide clients through every stage of the process, from early site assessment and permitting support to system selection, project execution, and ongoing service. Glen’s commitment to customer care and strong relationships reflects the Marine Division’s dedication to quality workmanship, thoughtful communication, and dependable results on lakes and waterways throughout the region.

JEFF LOEWEN – P.L. Eng.

Drafting and Design

Jeff is Landmark’s Design Engineer. He brings 25 years’ experience in aerospace and industrial fabrication to Landmark, with expertise in design, manufacturing, and quality systems within highly regulated environments. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering Technology (SAIT, 2001) and is a registered P.L.Eng. with EGBC.

Jeff previously served as Engineering and Manufacturing Manager for Canada’s largest privately owned airline, supporting over a decade of Arctic and Antarctic aerial survey programs, including equipment–airframe integration and certification flight testing. He has also led and advised multiple Transport Canada Approved Manufacturing Organizations and provided custom Ground Support Equipment to a large aircraft manufacturer.

His technical background includes advanced SolidWorks modeling and Finite Element Analysis, industrial acoustic attenuation, CNC machining, laser and 5-axis waterjet cutting, press brake forming, and robotic welding.

BRENNAN McLAIN

Construction Supervisor

Brennan is the Marine Construction Supervisor at Landmark. He brings a versatile background with experience as a Commercial Dive Supervisor, CAF Combat Engineer, and Civil Construction Supervisor. His role encompasses installation, inspection, maintenance, and design input. Brennan is proud to be part of the Marine Team, and is passionate about the innovation we bring to clients.

MARCUS PETKAU

Welding Supervisor

Marcus is a Red Seal Journeyman Welder and Welding Supervisor at Landmark, bringing a strong background in oil and gas, industrial construction, and aluminum boat fabrication. As a certified CWB Welding Supervisor with FCAW and SMAW all-position tickets, Marcus plays a key role in ensuring Landmark’s marine components are fabricated to the highest structural and quality standards. Known for his steady leadership and hands-on expertise, Marcus helps deliver clean, consistent weld performance across every project, supporting the durability and long-term reliability Landmark is known for.
