In 2014, Landmark Solutions completed a dredging project at Cottonwood Cove RV Resort on Shuswap Lake to restore safe navigational access to the resort’s marina. The project involved removing gravel and aggregate material from the channel leading into the cove to re-establish adequate water depth and improve safe entry for boaters accessing the marina.

To facilitate the work, a temporary sheet pile wall was installed at the entrance to the cove, allowing water levels within the work area to be lowered and controlled during construction. This approach provided safer and more efficient conditions for excavation while minimizing impacts to the surrounding environment. The completed project reopened the marina channel and improved reliable access for marina users and resort guests.
